PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily detect an operation which starts at next time, by counting pulses into which operation detecting signals are converted, so that a count value corresponding to the starting of the next operation is obtained. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generating circuit including a relay 20 in a starting operation detector converts signals fed from limit switches, sequentialy into pulse signals 110, 114, 116, 118, and a count 24 counts these pulse signals 108, 110, 114, 116, 118. The count values become 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the case of that the steps of fastening a jig, retracting a unit and loosening the jig, and as well a manual operation are started. That is, the count value is set to a value corresponding to an operation for which an automatic machine tool is started. Accordingly, by confirming the next stating operation, any fault which occurs in the device is easily found, and therefore, the device may be reoperated at once. |
