PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature difference within a room and consequently improve the comfortability by a method wherein the blasting air flow of a blower is increased when the difference between temperatures detected at a plurality of positions in the room is larger than the predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of temperature detectors 9 and 10 are provided in a room. When an air conditioner runs at moderate or weak blast level, a contact 8d connects to a contact 8b or 8c. When the difference between the detected temperature T1 of a thermistor 9 to detect the temperature in the upper portion of the room and the detected temperature T2 of a thermistor 10 to detect the temperature in the lower portion of the room exceeds the predetermined value, a relay 12 is energized so as to turn off a contact 12b and turn on a contact 12a, resulting in forcibly changing-over the air conditioner from the moderate or weak blast level running so as to sufficiently circulate the room air. When the difference of temperatures in the vertical direction the room becomes smaller than the predetermined value, the air conditioner runs at moderate or weak blast level again. |
