PURPOSE:To perfect the insulating property between wires even when the wires are extremely fine wires, and moreover to enable to manufacture a small size inductor with an extremely thin film, and moreover at low cost by a method wherein the means of anodic formation of a valve action metal is applied. CONSTITUTION:An annealed aluminum wire is wound densely around a spool manufacture of polyacetal to form an aluminum wire coil. Lead parts 4 led out from both the edges of the wound around aluminum wire are fixed to the outside of the spool by an acidproof adhesive. The coil thereof is immersed in an aqueous solution of boric acid in succession, the lead part 4 of the aluminum wir is used as an anode, a stainless plate is used as an opposed cathode, a DC voltage is applied between both the electrodes, and anodic formation is performed to the surface of the aluminum wire coil to form an insulating film. Then, boiling and cleaning are performed, and after dried, sheathed by resin according to epoxy resin dipping to form a dip sheathed part 3, and moreover, a mold sheathed part 6 is formed according to mol sheathing of epoxy resin. |
