PURPOSE:To remove chips from a hose end with certainly, by closing a more inward part than a reworking area with a cock made of an elastic material, while pulling out this cock after the working is over. CONSTITUTION:A cock 2 consists of a main body 21 made up of an elastic material of sponge, rubber or the like and disc 22 plus a shaft 23, and the shaft is fitted in a shaft hole with some play. The cock 2 is pressred in the inward of a reworking area 41 of a hose end 4 at the vicinity of a closer 3. Then, in a state that the shaft 23 is fitted in a shaft hole 11 with some play, an internal surface of the hose end 4 is worked by a reamer 1. Afterward, the shaft 23 of the cock 2 is pulled out whereby chips are taken out together with this shaft, thus the hose end internal surface is cleansed. |
