<p>The process consists of coating the base fertiliser with colophonium, opt. together with an inorganic substance, by adding the copophonium dispersion in organic medium and subsequently spraying with the finely-powdered inorganic salt, finally drying in a current of air at 10-50 deg.C from which the solvent is recovered. The colophonium soln. is made in an organic solvent e.g. ethyl alcohol, toluene, benzene, etc., in concn. of 350-450 g./l., and the colophonium content in the prod. is 10-50%.</p> |
