PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to provide especially an opening required for a supply and a replacement of a developer, and cleaning, etc., and to make a device small-sized by constituting so that a developing means is detached by releasing a holding means. CONSTITUTION:A developer is supplied to its developer containing part A' in a simplex state of a supply means 23 by removing a developing means 10. In this regard, in case of cleaning, a replacement with a different kind developer, etc. have been generated, a developing device is taken out of a device body, and thereafter, the developing device is divided by removing the developing means 10. Thereafter, the developer in the developer containing part A' of the supply means 23 is taken out by turning the supply means simplex upside down, and also it is cleaned by a cleaning machine, etc. Also, the developer held on a magnet roller 19 of the developing means 10 is scraped down by a scraper 22 by rotating manually the magnet roller 19, and the surface of the magnet roller 19 is cleaned. In this way, a maintenance property is improved, and a device can be made in small-sized. |
