PURPOSE:To safely transfer a patient, by providing liftably further movably in a horizontal direction a frame equipping an endless belt group wound in an 8- shaped manner, in the case of a transfer device suitable for transferring the patient from the outside into an operating room passing through a window part. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a transfer device having a horizontal supporting bed S extended through a window part M for communication between an external room A and an operating room B, the supporting bed S, constituted by a frame 1 placing a patient K to be supported, both end part rollers 2 and an endless belts 3 wound over in an 8-shaped manner between these rollers 2, is supported onto a vertically movable box R. The bed S, applying an endless belt 3 of small width, juxtaposes a plurality of the endless belts 3, forcing the belt 3 to be brought into contact with and winding it on a driving roller 20 by the action of a pair of guide rollers 21 in the bottom of the frame 1. Then the frame 1 can be horizontally moved through supporting rollers 6, 6 by rotating a pinion 6 meshed with a rack 4G provided in a guide hole 4H in the horizontal direction of a supporting frame 4 provided in both sides of the frame 1. |
