PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the heat exchange efficiency and to decrease noise by a method wherein a doughnut type side plate is provided at the one side of blades. CONSTITUTION:In the titled blower, blades 11, a main plate 12, an outer periphery plate 14 and a partition plate 23 are provided, and the doughnut type side plate 16 is attached at the one side of the blades. Drying air 28 heated by a heater 25 and cool air 28' flow side by side interposing a thin plate through groove parts of both side of the blades, and at this time heat is transferred through the blades 11 from the high temperature dry circulating air 28 to the low temperature cool air 28', and the circulating air 28 is cooled, and moisture contained in the air 28 is condensed and turned into water drops and is drained from an outlet 27 and the circulating drying air 28 is dehumidified. The high temperature high humid air 28 leaks from the circulation side to the cooling side, because the tube friction of the circulating air 28 is larger than that of the cool air side, it is possible to keep the leakage of the high temperature high humid air 28 from the circulating side to the cooling side at minimum by providing the area 16 at the cool side blades 11. |
