<p>PURPOSE:To recover Sm easily with high purity by dissolving a material contg. Sm and the other metals in an acid and extracting Sm with an organic solvent contg. dialkyl ester phosphate compound and adding an aq. soln. of acid to said organic solvent phase and extracting Sm reversely therefrom. CONSTITUTION:A material contg. Sm and the other metals is dissolved in an acid dissolving these metals, for example, hydrochloric acid. An organic solvent contg. dialkyl ester phosphate compound as an extraction reagent is added to the obtained acid soln. and is stirred to extract Sm in the organic solvent phase side. Sm is extracted reversely in the water phase side by adding an aq. soln. of acid to said organic solvent and the reversely extracted Sm salt is precipitated and then, the ppt. is calcined to recover Sm2O3 therefrom.</p> |
