The metal plating for the interior of a horizontal rotary crusher is for clinker, coke or other mineral material. The plating is made from a series of half-rollers, separated and held in position round the inner cylindrical surface of the crusher by wedging elements. - The half-rollers can be made from centrifugal rollers which are cut in half lengthwise, having an outer radius of 75-100 mm as a minimum, and an inner radius of at least 50 mm for a roller with an outer radius of 200 mm. The upper surface of each wedging element slopes at 7-20 degrees, the sides are concave to fit the half-roller surfaces and the base is flat.
