PURPOSE:To keep the secrecy of communication by confirming the person in question by means of a secret code in listening to reproduction of a message. CONSTITUTION:The automatic answering telephone set consists of an A/D converter 1 converting the message from a calling subscriber into a digital signal, a RAM2 storing an output of the converter 1, a magnetic card reader 3, a memory 4 storing the secret code, a comparator 5 and a gate circuit 6. In inserting a magnetic card to the reader 3, the reader 3 reads the secret number of the magnetic card and outputs it to the circuit 5. The circuit 5 compares the number with the secret code of the memory 4 and when they are coincident with each other, since the gate circuit 6 is opened, the content of the RAM2 is outputted via a D/A converter 7. Since the person in question is identified by the secret code in listening to the reproduction of the message in this way, the reproduction is not listened to by the 3rd party and the secrecy of communication is kept. |
