PURPOSE:To eliminate an air filter to facilitate and simplify the countermeasure for dust-prevention so that the reliability of an NC device using closed boxes is enhanced, by combining the NC device incorporated in the closed-boxes with a cooling and ventilating duct laid below a installation floor to cool the NC device. CONSTITUTION:A control part box 1 and a drive and amplifying part 2 are coupled together with concave parts 7 being aligned together, to form a rectangular wind tunnel section 17 in which heat-radiating fins 9 projected respectively from two boxes 1, 2, are positioned. When a blower 10 is rotated, cooling air fed from a cooling air duct 16 below an installation floor 13 to an air inlet 12 in the NC device through a cooling air outlet 15 and ventilation holes 14 passes through a ventilating port 11 and then flows between the heat-radiating fins 9 so that cooling air reaches the top surfaces of the boxes while it deprives heat from a module 8 before it is discharged. At this time an effective chimeny effect is brought about by the rectangular wind tunnel 17 and the heat radiating fin 9, and therefore, the capacity of heat-radiation may be enhanced.
