PURPOSE:To suspend blood cells, etc. uniformly in a washing liquid, and to enhance the washing effect by swinging previously a test tube contg. a small amount of a suspension of lymphocytes by the rotation of a motor, and injecting the washing liquid under said conditions. CONSTITUTION:A test tube 2 contg. 0.5-1ml suspension of lymphocytes is fixed with a test tube holder 1 for a swinging centrifugal machine, and a rotor 3 is fractionally rotated in the normal and reverse direction by the normal and reverse rotation of a motor 6 for rotating the centrifugal machine controlled by a motor controller 7. Accordingly, the test tube 6 is swung and agitated by the vibration, and the lymphocytes are suspended and made uniform. A washing liquid is injected under said cpnditions, and the agitation is securely carried out with the discharging power by the injection to loosen completely the lymphocytes. Consequently, the lymphocytes are settled by rotating centrifugally the rotor 3 in one direction, and only the supernatant liquid can be decanted.
