PURPOSE:To eliminate a gap between a slot and a slot insulator by employing a filmlike insulator formed by coating a thermosetting bonding material on the outer peripheral surface as a slot insulator. CONSTITUTION:A filmlike insulator formed by coating thermosetting epoxy resin on one side surface in length longer by arbitrary length lX2 than the thickness L of a core 2 is cut in a square shape matched to the creeping length W of a slot 3. The insulator cut in the square shape is bent in U shape so that the epoxy resin is disposed outside to form a slot insulator 11, the insulator 11 is inserted into the slot 3 of the core 3, then heated to thermally cure the epoxy resin, and bonded to the inner wall of the slot 3. Thus, the insulator 11 is bondef fixedly into the slot 3, and the insulator 11 and the inner wall of the slot 3 are closely bonded. |
