PURPOSE:To obtain a voice coil for speaker with superior thermal resistance by coating a specific inorganic type varnish on a fusion copper wire wound by a coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A base material with superior thermal resistance of a metallic foil, etc., such as aluminum is used for a coil bobbin 9. A copper wire with satisfactory thermal resistance as a voice coil 8 is wound around the coil bobbin 9. Then, the voice coil 8 is coated with an inorganic varnish 13 whose main component is a modified alkyl silicate as showin in the formula I . Here, R indicates an alkyl group such as methyl, ethyl, butyl, and octyl, and (n) indicates an integer. By having the coating processing of the inorganic varnish 13, a voice coil body speaker with superior thermal resistance can be obtained. |
