PURPOSE:To obtain a molded board material which allows direct magnetic attraction thereof to a magnet by mixing a magnetic powder such as iron powder into a binder to mold in a molded board material in which a wood powder and wood chips are compression molded together with the binder. CONSTITUTION:Wood chips 5 are stirred up spraying a binder thereto to form a binder layer 6. Then, a magnetic powder 7 such as iron powder is added to the mixture and with the further agitation thereof, the magnetic powder 7 infiltrates into the binder layer 6 attached to the wood chips 5 and eventually, kneaded evenly. The kneaded material thus obtained is heated and pressed with compressor to be molded into a board and a molded board material evenly containing the magnetic powder 7 is obtained. Therefore, containing the magnetic powder 7, the molded board material is allowed to be magnetically attracted direct to a magnet 3 without fastening a metal board material made of a magnetic material thereon. |
