<p>PURPOSE:To clean up efficiently the org. sewage discharged from various ships by positioning a discharge port for the air-mixed jet water consisting of the jet water from a jet water nozzle and the air from an air intake pipe at the center in the lower aperture of a funnel-shaped partition plate. CONSTITUTION:Jet water 8 is sucked and fed under pressure through a water intake port 10 opening in the lower part of a water tank 1 by a pump 9 and is ejected from a nozzle 11. The circumference of the nozzle 1 is evacuated and a large amt. of the air conducted through an air suction port 12 and an air intake pipe 13 is sucked into said circumference. The air is disintegrated to small foam when the air is mixed with the jet water 8 and the mixture thereof enters the lower part of a funnel-shaped partition plate 3 at a high velocity. A large amt. of the water is sucked through the aperture 5 in the lower part of the plate 3 by the rise of the foam, the upward current of the jet water and the divergent suction effect of the plate 3 by which the effect of forcing upward the water is generated and a large amt. of the water flow 14 circulating through the inside and outside of the plate 3 is generated.</p> |
