PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit configuration, to reduce the cost and to improve the efficiency of a DC/DC converter by commonly constructing a circuit for supplying a base current of a switching transistor and a circuit for supplying a current for ON controlling a semiconductor switch. CONSTITUTION:The primary winding 26 of a current transformer 25 is connected in series with a switching transistor 6, one end of the secondary winding 27 of the transformer 25 is connected with the base of the transistor 6 through a reverse blocking rectifying diode 28, and the other end of the secondary winding 27 is connected with a control electrode of a thyristor 4. The current of the secondary winding 27 is used as the base current of the transistor 6, and also as the gate current of the thyristor 4. The base of the transistor 6 is controlled by the current feedback by the transformer 25, and by the voltage feedback by the tertiary winding 10 of the transformer 7. |
