PURPOSE:To remove faulty insulation by pressurizing and molding negative electrode raw material powder, electrolytic raw material powder, and positive electrode raw material powder into an integrated layer, obtaining a disk-type layer, and removing the surface layer of the peripheral section. CONSTITUTION:A disk-type molded body of 54mm. in diameter is obtained by sequentially filling a press mold with, for example a lithium-aluminum alloy of 0.75g as the negative electrode raw material, mixture of 2g consisting of eutectic salt LiCi-KCi and magnesium oxide as the electrolytic raw material powder, and mixed powder of 1.5g whose pricipal component is iron disulfide as the positive raw material powder. Then, a negative electrode layer 1, electrolytic layer 2, and positive electrode layer 3 are pressurized and molded integratedly. Besides, the surface layer of the peripheral side of the disk-type molded body is removed by brushing or grinding. As a result, the three layers are fully separated and faulty insulation can be removed. |
