PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a pen for recording and to make the recording onto a spherical surface possible, by carrying out the recording with the pen kept inside a guide by making the guide contact to the recording surface with the force of spring. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus for recording the standard pattern for inspection on a Braun tube is composed of a pen 6, a pen floating spring 7 pressing the pen onto a recording surface, a guide 9 protecting the top of pen, fixed to a holder 8, a pulling spring 14 contacting the pen and the guide onto the recording surface by pulling the pen, the holder and the guide in the direction of the recording surface 27 in recording, an air cylinder 22 pushing away the pen, the holder and the guide in the direction reverse to the recording surface and a travelling block 20. In the above-mentioned construction, the force pressed with the pulling spring 14 is received with the guide 9 and the force with which the top of pen 6 is pressed onto the recording surface of Braun tube 27, becomes only a fixed force of pen floating spring 7. Therefore, the top of pen 6 is protected. The travelling block 20 is, in a fixed manner, moved in this state and the pattern is recorded on the recording surface of Braun tube 27. |
