PURPOSE:To prevent dislocation and deterioration of accuracy of a transferred pattern by aligning the surfaces to become flat upon which patterns are to be transferred in a method by which simultaneous transferring onto plural number of objects is to be performed. In the above, the surfaces of the above mentioned objects where the pattern is to be transferred are not parallel to the respective surfaces of the other sides. CONSTITUTION:In a method where a simultaneous transferring onto the objects in plural rows are to be performed and the surfaces of these objects where patterns are to be transferred, and the other surfaces to which transferring pressure is to be applied, are not parallel to each other, a transferring process is carried out by inclining the surfaces to receive transferring pressure and by fixing the objects with a jig so that the surfaces to be transferred are maintained flat and even. Namely, the surfaces 91 of the objects 9 upon which transferring is to be performed are fixed with a jig 10 so that the surfaces are flat and even, and then, transferring is performed by pressing the heating plate 12 through a transferring foil 11. If this method is used, the heating plate 12 becomes flat and the thickness of the plate is fixed because the transferring surfaces are flat and even and the condition of heat becomes even and the heat distribution is uniform, resulting in a feasibility of a stabilized transferring. |
