PURPOSE:To suppress variation of idle rotation of an engine by determining an object injection quantity by averaging the injection quantities sampled after a predetermined time elapsed from entering of the engine into an idling state, and by correcting the ignition timing according to the deviation of the actual injection quantity from the object injection quantity. CONSTITUTION:While an engine is running, when an idle switch for detecting the full-close position of a throttle valve by an idling state detecting means 1 in the control circuit is on and a neutral switch also is on, the state is judged as an idling state. When a predetermined time elapsed after the idling state is judged, several basic injection quantities (actual TP) are sampled by a basic injection quantity TP sampling means 2, and an object basic injection quantity (object TP) is obtained after calculating the average of the sampled values by an object TP calculating means 3. After a deviation DELTATP(=actual TP- object TP) is calculated by a deviation DELTATP calculating means 4, a corrective value C for correcting the ignition advance angle predetermined by an ignition timing correction means 6 is searched for on the basis of the deviation DELTATP, and the ignition advance angle is corrected by the corrective value C. |
