PURPOSE:To extend easily a storage capacity by providing externally a general- purpose memory which writes and reads contents of dial operations in and from a one-chip IC. CONSTITUTION:A one-chip IC3 is provided with a last number memory 8 where contents of the preceding dial operation are stored, and a general-pulse memory RAM15 which reads out said contents is provided externally. Contents of the dial operation written in the RAM15 are outputted as a dial signal through the memory 8. Since the storage capacity of the memory is extended easily by providing the RAM15 externally, design of the IC chip is simplified, and the chip size is reduced. |
