<p>PURPOSE:To maintain and control easily a titled device by constituting the device of a sensor for detecting the pH of the digestion liquid in a methane fermantation tank, a device for deciding the condition of the digestion liquid by the signal thereof and a device for indicating the charge quantity of load from the result of said decision. CONSTITUTION:The pH of a digestion liquid is measured by obtaining the timing for detection, which is several times a day, avoiding a specified period after charging of load from a timer output. If the pH is >=7.0, decision is made that the condition of a digester liquid 3 is good and the ordinary quantity of load can be charged. If the pH value is 6.7-7.0, the liquid 3 is beginning to lose slightly the activity and therefore the quantity of the charge load to be decreased is displayed and outputted irrespectively of whether the pH value is under rise or fall. When the pH value is up to 6.5, the digester liquid loses the function to restore the activity by itself if the load is still charged and therefore the suspension of the load charge is displayed. When the pH value is 6.5-6.7, the load charge is suspended and in other cases, the amt. of the load to be decreased is displayed and outputted during the fall of the pH value.</p> |
