摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve gas absorption performance and to reduce installation cost of a semi-wet type inclined moving bed gas absorption apparatus by dividing an inclined perforated plate for supporting many ball layers to an upper zone and a lower zone thus partitioning an absorption zone and a drying zone. CONSTITUTION:The gas to be treated from an inlet 9 for the gas is passed from the bottom of a grizzly screen 3 at the drying zone side through a moving ball layer 5 made of a ceramic material. Then, the gas enters a slurry atomizing zone 15 through a gas straightening plate 13, and then through a moving ball layer 5 and a grizzly screen 2 at the absorption zone side. The gas is guided to a postpositioned electric precipitator 11 for purification, and exhausted from an outlet 17 for gas. Ca(OH)2 slurry is atomized by a nozzle 4. The height of the moving ball layer 5 is adjusted by a level adjustor 7. Dry balls discharged from a ball feeder 6 and fallen down to collide with a grate-shaped screen 8 and reaction products deposited on the surface of balls are stripped off by the impact and discharged to the outside of the apparatus.</p>
