PURPOSE:To automate an electrode manufacture process by calculating the concentration of neutralizing as the result of titration analysis and replacing the neutralization liquid in intermediate tank when the neutralization concentration is a prescribed value or below at each neutralizing work so as to replaced the neutralizing liquid automatically. CONSTITUTION:The neutralizing liquid is stored in the inside of the intermediate tank 1 and the neutralizing liquid is circulated between a neutralizing tank 2 and the intermediate tank 1 through a pump 21 and a pipe 22. A part of the pipe 22 is branched by a sample extracting exit 23 and coupled to a sampling burette 4 via each filter 24. An analysis cell 5 is coupled to the burette 4 via switch valves 44, 57. Moreover, a titration burette 7 titrating a reagent, a pH meter 54 and a mixer 53 or the like are coupled to the analysis cell 5. Furthermore, a sample liquid is suctioned and ejected at each prescribed time to the burette 4, the liquid is analyzed in the analysis cell 5 so as to apply titration analysis of the concentration of the sample liquid, and when the concentration of the neutralizing liquid at each intermediate analysis is a prescribed concentration or below, the neutralizing liquid becoming old in the intermediate tank 1 is extracted by the pump and the neutralizing liquid is supplied from a mother tank 3. |
