摘要

PURPOSE:A novel antiprotein C monoclonal antibody, produced by the cell cultivation of hybridoma, and usable as an immunological adsorbent useful for purifying protein C. CONSTITUTION:An antiprotein C monoclonal antibody obtained by fusing splenic cells collected from a mammal immunized with protein C derived from a mammal to myelomatous cells of a mammal, and cell cultivation of the resultant hybridoma. The antiprotein C monoclonal antibody has the ability to bond the protein C and is usable as an immunological adsorbent in adsorbing and purifying the protein C and futher applicable to enzyme immunoadsorbent assay for determining human protein C.
