PURPOSE:To cut off efficiently a leaving-end part by inserting a guiding bar into a small hole provided to both ends of the cutting line of the leaving-end width of a connecting part of aggregated fin of aggregated heat exchanger and cutting off the leaving-end part from the small-hole part to the outside. CONSTITUTION:Plural independent heat exchangers are manufactured, by inserting a guiding bar 17 of cutting tool 15 into a small hole 12 provided respectively to both ends of a leaving-end-width cutting line 6 of an aggregated heat exchanger 13, and moving the bar 17 to cut off a leaving-end part 7 of the laminated-layer-fin of heat exchanger 13 from the small hole 12 part to the outside. In this way, the cutting surface is prevented from deformation, because the part 7 is cut by a cutting blade part 16 by adding a tensile force to the part 7 to be cut with the aid of guiding bar 17. |
