PURPOSE:To obtain an intended resin compsn. capable of hardening a thick film, high in sensitivity and resolution, and good in durability by forming a compsn. consisting of a specified chain polymer, an epoxy compd., a photopolymerizable compd., a compd. having a functional group reactive with said three compds, a sensitizer, etc. CONSTITUTION:An intended photosensitive resin compsn. consists of (a) a chain polymer having groups reactive with epoxy and hydroxyl groups on both terminals of the molecule and a number average mol.wt. of 500-20,000, (b) a aliphatic or alicyclic multifunctional epoxy compd., (c) a compd. having a photopolymerizable double bond and capable of reacting with the functional groups of the reaction product mixture of both (a) and (b), (d) a compd. having acid anhydride groups or a compd. having functional groups reactive with the functional groups of the reaction product mixture of (a), (b), and (c), and (e) a sensitizer. The component (a) has any of COOH, NH2, SH, NCO, and OH on both terminals, and 1-5mol of the component (b) is reacted with 1 equiv. of the epoxy group of the component (a) or its functional group reactive with OH; 0.2-1.0mol of the component (c) is reacted with 1 equiv. of the epoxy group of the reaction product mixture of (a) and (b), and 0.2-1.0mol of the component (d) is reacted with 1 equiv. of the functional group of epoxy acrylate obtained by this reaction to obtain an intended photosensitive compsn. |
