PURPOSE:To produce a gelatinized unhulled rice for feed having improved digestibility and keeping quality by easy operation at a low cost, by carrying out the gelatinization and crushing of the unhulled rice at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Unhulled rice adjusted to >=8%, preferably 12-18% moisture is gelatinized and crushed in a screw type compression crusher at >=110 deg.C, preferably 120-150 deg.C under >=1.5kg/cm<2>, preferably 2-5kg/cm<2>.
