PURPOSE:To reduce the vaporization rate of the liquefied gas in a storage tank by installing a coldness preserving layer outside a metal cylindrical inner tank and installing a coldness preserving layer onto the inside surface of the inner tank. CONSTITUTION:An iron-reinforced concrete slab 3 supported by supporting posts 2 is installed onto the ground 1, and a steel outer tank 4 is installed, and the coldness preserving material 5 having compression-proofness and an inner tank 6 made of the metal material suitable for the temperature of the liquefied gas to be stored are installed inside the outer tank 4, and the part between the outer tank 4 and the inner tank 6 is filled with powdered coldness preserving material 7. The inside surface of the inner tank 6 is sprayed and foamed with polyurethane, and a coldness preserving tank 8 is additionally installed. Therefore, the coldness preserving faculty of the whole surface of the tank is improved, and the vaporization of the stored liquid is suppressed. |
