PURPOSE:To improve aptitude of application of a block copy to a layout sheet and aptitude of processing it to a finished printing plate by setting a support thickness and transparency in a specified range. CONSTITUTION:A block copy image receiving material for diffusion transfer has a development nuclei on one side of a support having <=150mum thickness and a visible light transmittance of 0.50-0.65. A polyolefin resin layer contg. a white pigment, such as titanium oxide, is formed on at least one side face of a carton and it is generally used as the support. A thicknessd ratio of this carton to said resin layer is not especially limited, and it is necessary only for the total thickness to be <=150mum, and for the light transmittance to be in the range of 0.50- 0.65. As a result, the obtained copy block image receiving material can be prevented from reflections of the background and the edges. |
