PURPOSE:To improve responseability and reduce cost, by providing a spring between an output rod and a spool and directly feed-backing pressure from the output rod to the spool. CONSTITUTION:A spring 62 is provided between an output rod 60 and a spool 54, so as to return the spool 54 to an original position through the spring 62 in association with movement of the output rod 60. With this arrangement, feed- back is rendered direct, and therefore response becomes fast thereby to improve responseability. Further, as the servo valve is constituted of the output rod 60, spool 54 and spring 62, and it does not include a tapering surface requiring accurate work as in the prior art, it is possible to reduce cost irrespective of elongation of stroke of the output rod 60.
