PURPOSE:To efficiently utilize the magnetic attraction force of a magnetic coil by pisitioning the flange of a valve body with which a hammer collides, at the near center part of the coil. CONSTITUTION:The upper flange 32b of a valve body 32 is positioned at the near center part of a coil 34. Plasma is discharged in pulse form from a discharge port 31b by supplying an electric pulse current into the coil 34. A hammer 33 for pulling-up the valve body 32 collides with the valve body flange 32b when the magnetic attraction speed of the hammer 33 becomes the max., and the valve body 32 is not within the max. value of the magnetic flux density, in the state where the valve body 32 is pulled-up. Therefore, the speed at which the valve body flange 32a opens the gas discharge port 31b becomes max. with the generated magnetic force of the coil 34, and the magnetic force can be utilized efficiently. |
