PURPOSE:To prepare a smooth liver spread having improved working properties free from roughness to the tonque, by dispersing uniformly liver which is freeze- dried and crushed into fine particles into edible fats and oils. CONSTITUTION:Liver of cattle, pig, chicken, etc. is sterilized under heating, freeze-dried, crushed into fine particles having <=25mu diameter, and 10-50pts.wt. fine particle liver and seasoning are uniformly dispersed into 100pts.wt. edible fats and oils. |
