PURPOSE:To obtain a built-up roll formed by making the thickness of an adhesive between its sleeve and axial core uniform throughout the axial and inner peripheral directions, by providing projecting parts, used for previously controlling the thickness of adhesive to be constant, to both adhering surfaces of the sleeve and the axial core, and injecting the adhesive into a space between them after fitting them to each other. CONSTITUTION:Projecting parts 6, 6 are formed in the peripheral directions at both end-positions of the adhering surface of an axial core 1. Next, the core 1 is fitted to a sleeve 2 having an injecting hole 4 and a discharging hole 5 bored in its adhering surface. Next, a desired adhesive 3 is forcibly injected, under a proper pressure, into a space for housing the adhesive 3 formed between the sleeve 2 and the core 1, to discharge the air remaining in the space as well as to densely fill the adhesive 3 in the space without mixing the air into the adhesive 3. As a result, the core 1 and the sleeve 2 are joined together into one body through the adhesive 3, to obtain easily a desired built-up roll. |
