PURPOSE:To automatically and efficiently perform a series of lead frame aligning works while holding a table in a horizontal state by combining a series of elevationally moving, extruding and conveying mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:An elevator mechanism for rising or falling aligning magazines 7 by one pitch and a pusher mechanism for extruding lead frames in a horizontal direction are mounted at the side of a dog base 14 disposed vertically with respect to a table 36 of horizontal state. A mechanism for elevationally and longitudinally moving retainer rollers 32 in contact with conveyor rollers 49 disposed longitudinally of the rear half on the table 36 is disposed above the dog base 14, conveyor rollers 68 and tension rollers 72 for conveying the lead frame to the end of the table 36 are mounted in the midway of the table 36, and a setter 61 capable of elevationally and longitudinally moving is disposed. The lead frames of the longitudinal rows are pressed by the setter 61, contacted with stoppers 76 to set the lead frame on the loadig frame. |
