DETECTING, MEASURING, AND WORKING METHOD AND DEVICE CAPABLE OF PROJECTING LASER LIGHT AT FREE SOLID ANGLE

PURPOSE:To focus laser light while irradiating always the laser light at right angles to a free curved surface of an object to be worked, by using a detecting and measuring head and a laser working head having the same shape which combine turning angles of the first and the second hollow main shafts by rotation of two servomotors. CONSTITUTION:A laser working head H' and a detecting and measuring head H'' are attached to upper and lower slide parts 14 and 14' provided in a planer- type saddle 8, and they are driven in directions of axes A and B by servomotors M1' and M2 independent of each other respectively, and they are turned at certain angles in directions of axes A and B in accordance with a signal, which is generated when a sensor 6 is brought into contact with an object W to be worked, to set the sensor 6 at right angles to the surface of the object W at a working point of the object W. Data of the object W to be worked which are detected and measured in this manner are stored in a controller 16, and stored data are reproduced, and the laser beam from a laser oscillator 15 is projected to the object W to be worked by the working head H' to work the object W.
