PURPOSE:To mechanize the operation of removing deposit from a vehicle by providing on a portal frame a rotary brush unit and on at least one of the front and rear of the rotary brush unit a sprinkling unit of deposit removing agent. CONSTITUTION:On a portal frame 2 is provided a rotary brush unit 7 comprising an upper surface rotary brush 5 and a pair of side rotary brushes 6. Also on the portal frame 2 are provided deposit removing agent sprinklers 27, 28 respectively on the front and rear of the rotary brush unit 7 along the travelling direction of said frame, and inside these sprinklers 27, 28 are provided respectively rinsing water spray units 29, 30. Foamed deposit removing agent is injected to a vehicle respectively from a supply header 31 of the sprinkler 27 in the forward movement of the portal frame 2 and from a supply header 32 of the sprinkler 28 in the backward movement of said frame 2. After time taken for floating up the deposit from the surface of vehicle with said agent has elapsed, water is sprayed from rinsing water spray units 29, 30 while the rotary brush unit 7 are operated to flush away the deposit. |
