PURPOSE:To suppress securely a pyro electrical output and to obtain piezo electrical type oscillation pickup which can detect accurately the oscillation ranging from very small oscillation to large oscillation widely by placing a mass body between facing surfaces of a pair of piezoelectric elements. CONSTITUTION:Respective piezoelectric elements 11a and 11b have electrodes 11c and 11c', and 11d and 11d' at facing surfaces, and the overlapping face with a mass body 10 is formed by other electrodes 11c' and 11d'. The mass body 10 gives compression alternately to the piezoelectric elements 11a and 11b while accompanying the oscillation, when it gives compression to one piczoelectric element 11b, it releases the other compression, and it restores the other element. It is necessary that the mass body 10 and the piezoelectric elements 11a and 11b are fixed closely by placing the mass body 10 between them so as to realize the repeated flucturation in follow-up to the oscillation of both piezoelectric elements 11a and 11b such that when one is compressed, the other is restored, and the over-lapping condition is held by a tightening screw, clip, adhesives, etc. |
