Epoxide/amine salt emulsion, in particular for use in the construction sector, and a process for its preparation

A single-component, liquid polymer composition which has a long shelf life, comprising a liquid epoxy resin and an amine salt as latent curing agent, and water is proposed. In a preferred embodiment, this polymer composition contains an emulsifier which is neither identical with the amine salt nor is re-emulsifiable.
