摘要 In the past, it was necessary to detect the level height using costly analogue movement sensors for level control for continuously controllable drives. Said sensors are to some extent difficult to accommodate and are rarely easy to operate. The measurement signal is used either simply in direct inverse proportion for the drive control, or the desired-value deviation is determined from it with the aid of a continuous controller. The adjustment step magnitude for the drive is then determined from this deviation. Using the novel microelectronic controller, it is possible to achieve the worthwhile aim of a synchronisation state at the desired level height even without analogue movement sensors and without the normal control units. The level height is determined using only a single switching sensor. Using its special program, the controller now tracks the time behaviour of the level and derives the necessary adjustment steps from said behaviour. Synchronisation at the desired height is achieved even after a short time. As a result of its control behaviour, all disturbance variables are compensated for directly and completely, as was possible in the past only by using continuous controllers. Since the program is universally valid and the position of the characteristic can be influenced as desired at any time by external parameter settings, virtually all level control tasks can be optimally addressed using this apparatus.
