The invention relates to recombinant DNA preparations which code for the cell production of human and porcine factor VIII:C, and the method for obtaining such DNA and for the expression thereof in bacterial and eukaryotic cells. The invention also relates to new compounds, including deoxyribonucleotides and ribonucleotides, which are used for obtaining clones which express factor VIII:C. |
