A puncturing probe for the preparation of the puncture channel for percutaneous nephroscopy comprises a flexible hose with a flexible mandrin having a trocar tip mounted therein, the mandrin being passed through the transurethral path to the renal pelvis and from there toward the outside after laying the hose in order to create the puncture channel.
