<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate swelling while enhancing surface smoothness by a method wherein specified sheets of base material impregnated with a resin with the viscosity of 300-700cp are laminated continuously and heated being transferred continuously to form a laminated board. CONSTITUTION:Specified sheets of belt-shaped base material 1 wounded in a roll are fed to a resin tank 2 and impregnated with a resin varnish 3 held at the viscosity of 300-700cp to make a resin-impregnated base material 1'. Then, belt- shaped metal foils 4 and 4 are arranged on both outsides of the resin-impregnated base material 1' and piled one upon another continuously with a pair of upper and lower rolls 5 and 5 to form a laminated body 6. Then, the laminated body 6 thus obtained is fed to a heating furnace 7 and hardened by heat being transferred continuously, then, fed to a cutting place pulling out it hardened with pull-out rolls 8 and 8 cutted to a desired size with a cutter or the like to obtain a laminated board.</p> |
