<p>PURPOSE:To form an excellent image by preventing reflection from conductor wiring and a conductor thin film of metal, etc., except image display electrodes by a transparent thin film, and lowering the level of a drak part of an image and increasing the contrast. CONSTITUTION:The conductor wiring and conductor thin film of metal, etc., except image display electrodes of picture elements which are arrayed regularly and display an image are covered with the transparent thin film. Namely, the gate electrode of a transistor (TR) TR, a gate bus 3, and image display electrodes 2 are formed on a substrate 9, and a gate insulating film 8 is formed entirely thereupon, and a semiconductor layer 5 as the channel area of the TR is formed in an island shape across the gate insulating film 8, and a source electrode, source bus 4, and drain electrode 6 are formed. A transparent thin film 12 is formed at the image observer's side L of the source electrode, source bus 4, and drain electrode 6. Thus, reflection is prevented to lower the black level of a dark part of an image and increase the contrast, obtaining the excellent image.</p> |
