发明名称 IMPROVEMENT OF MIXING PROPERTY OF COPPER METAL SHORT FIBER INTO PLASTICS
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve mixing properties of copper fiber into resin by improving tenacity of the copper fiber and preventing damage of the same, by a method wherein the copper fiber for filling of plastices is formed through a chattering-vibration cutting method and cooled gradually by heating the same at an annealing temperature in non- oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Copper fiber is manufacture of a base material through a chattering- vibration cutting method, a temperature of which is risen up to an annealing temperature by spending four hours within a furnace of non-oxidizing atmosphere obtained by filling nitrogen gas and cooled gradually by leaving the same as it is by turning OFF a heating electric rower source after maintaining of the same for 30min. Tenacity can be recovered while a merit increasing tensile strength of the copper fiber is kept alive as annealing processing is performed though the tenacity such as elongation is decreased while the tensile strength of the copper fiber is increased through the chattering-vibration cutting. Damage of the fiber is prevented and mixing work into resin is facilitated. As treatment is performed within the non-oxidizing atmosphere there is no deterioration in conductivity through oxidation. The above fiber is useful as conductive plastics such as an electromagnetic shielding material.
