Cooling rib arrangement, in particular for shafts in electromagnetic machines, having a plurality of spaced plate-shaped cooling ribs, the central hole of which is provided with an inner flange. The inner flange is designed as a cone which tapers towards its free end and is provided on its inner side, in the area adjoining the free end, with a cylindrically shaped portion. Provided on the other side of the cooling rib arrangement is a thrust collar, which is provided with an internal taper corresponding to the external taper of the inner flange.
