PURPOSE:To permit lighting if necessary and efficient air conditioning by a method wherein a light permeating board and a blind having heat collecting surface are accommodated in the wall body. CONSTITUTION:A gap G, equal substantially to the inner thickness of an outer wall panel P, is formed by attaching the light permeating boards 3, 4 to the inner surfaces of surface members 14, 15 respectively. Ventilating ports 5, 6 being opened at the lower and upper parts of a room R, are communicated with the gas G. One surfaces of the slats 9 of the blind 7 are finished by black shade or applied with selective absorption film treatment to form the heat collecting surface (a) and whereby the receiving efficiency of the solar heat is increased and reflecting surfaces (b) are formed on the rear surfaces of the slats 9. The slats 9 can be inclined and lifted. In winter, the solar heat can be absorbed by the slats 9, air, taken into the gap G through the ventilating port 5, is heated during passing through the gap G, is discharged out of the ventilating port 6 and thus the room R may be heated. In summer, the slats 9 are converted to prevent the over-heat of the room R and reduce the cooling load of the same. Further, lighting may be effected by lifting the blind properly. |
