PURPOSE:To avoid useless contact of a plate-like body with a locating member to transfer securely the plate-like body by moving the locating member of a first locating means by a distance corresponding to displacement produced by the locating operation of the plate-like body when the plate-like body is transferred to a second locating means and when the plate-like body is reversely taken out of said second locating means. CONSTITUTION:When a glass substrate is trandferred from a glass receiving delivering unit (first locating means) 23 through a glass lifting unit 24 to a lower glas mount (second locating means) 5, only specified surfaces of all glasses are supported to eliminate scars on sicked surfaces. also, by changing the set position of locating members (transfer guide plate and stopper) of the glass transfer unit 23 correspondingly to the difference between the glass position sticked by a sticking unit 2 on said mount 5 and the glass position in glass substrate supply, can be avoided the edges of the sticked glasses from riding on these locating members to transfer automatically the sticked glasses without relative shear and stripping of glasses not completely fixed to each other immediately after sticking. |
